Personal data processing policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Feels Life (https://feels.life) processes personal data under the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information…”, and other applicable Russian laws. The Russian-language version prevails in case of conflict.

2. Legal bases

consent of the data subject;
performance of a contract (Terms / Public Offer);
legitimate interests of the Operator where rights of the subject are not overridden;
compliance with Russian law.

3. Categories of data

Account and profile data; OAuth identifiers; user content and activity; technical and cookie data. Details on cookies: Cookie Policy. Special categories are not processed as a standalone purpose except where voluntarily published by the user. Biometric identification data is not processed.

4. Purposes

Account administration; providing platform features; moderation and security; performing the Public Offer and handling subscriptions/payments; service notices and (with separate consent) newsletters; analytics; handling requests and legal compliance.

5. Storage and localization

Data is stored no longer than needed for the processing purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Databases with personal data of Russian citizens are stored in the Russian Federation (Art. 18 of 152-FZ).

6. Sharing

Data may be disclosed to authorities as required by law; to processors under contract (hosting, email, payments, analytics); and to other users to the extent made public under the consent to personal data dissemination.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact: support@feels.life. See also the Consent to personal data processing.

8. Security and changes
