Personal data processing policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy describes how Feels Life processes personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, as amended including by Federal Law No. 420-FZ of 30 November 2024 (provisions in force from 30 May 2025). Data is processed to provide the Service under contract; marketing and contractor transfers require separate checkbox consent. Storage generally up to 5 years from last interaction unless law requires longer. In case of a personal data incident (Art. 21.1 152-FZ), the Operator notifies the competent authority (Roskomnadzor) within 24 hours of discovery and submits further investigation details within 72 hours, and informs affected individuals when required by law.
